What I'm focused on right now.

Not a highlight reel from a few years back — this is what's actually on the table this year. Updated periodically as things move.

Building GCN's global footprint, one room at a time

A meaningful part of this year has gone into something you can't do from a desk — traveling the world to find the right rooms for investor dinners. Not just any venue, but the kind of setting where the right people actually want to spend an evening: Italy, Spain and Ibiza, Monaco, St. Tropez, London, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Hawaii, and the Bahamas are all on the list of places we're actively scouting and building relationships in.

This isn't theoretical. In just the past stretch, we've personally hosted investor dinners in Monaco, Panama, West Palm Beach, Newport Beach, San Diego, Beverly Hills, Phoenix, Tampa, and Austin — with more added to the calendar every few weeks.

Preparing a $100M impact fund

$100MTarget Fund Size

In the background of everything else, I'm deep in the preparation for something bigger than a single deal or a single dinner — a $100M impact fund built to back the companies with genuine potential to change the world, not just the ones with the loudest pitch.

Most of the current work is exactly the unglamorous part that has to happen before a fund is real: finding the right partners to help manage it, the right investors to commit capital, and the right companies to eventually deploy it into. The goal isn't just a pool of capital — it's a properly designed ecosystem around it.

Horizontal

Reach Across Geographies & Sectors

Not concentrated in one region or one category — capital and deal flow that spans the same global footprint the dinners and conferences are already building.

Vertical

A Full Stack, Not Just A Check

Sourcing, capital, mentorship, distribution, and follow-on support built into one integrated system — so a portfolio company gets more than money.

Growing GCN's network & hosting 3 flagship conferences a year

Global Capital Network's investor base keeps growing — more investors, more cities, more depth in the network behind every introduction we make. And to be direct about it: the three major GCN investor conferences held each year are ones I personally host — not an event team working under the GCN name behind the scenes. I'm the one on stage, running the room, and making the introductions that matter.

Expanding Global Deal Flow

Global Deal Flow — the platform behind GCN's investor matching — is already tracking over 1 million global deals, and that number keeps climbing as we bring in more signals and expand the network feeding it. The near-term focus is making that data more useful in real time, for both the investors deploying capital and the founders trying to reach them.

Furthering the mission — impact billions, always

Everything above ladders up to the same thing 2030 Ventures was built around: capital that actually moves the needle for a billion people, not just a balance sheet. Part of how I keep that visible — not just a mission statement on a page — is presenting impact awards on stage, three times a year, spotlighting the companies in the network actually doing that work.

“None of this is finished. It's what's actually in motion — and if any part of it overlaps with what you're building, that's usually a good reason to talk.”
