An interesting video that is popular on youtube right now ( 505,516 views on Youtube.com as of Christmas 2011 ) is one that discusses the true definition of continents and breaks down what the speaking author believes is the true answer. He discusses such potential landmass combinations as afro-eurasia among others and explains that technically continents are just major landmasses surrounded by water. He further goes on to explain that Europe and Asia for example should not really be separate continents because they are physically connected but are really only said to be so because of the highly differing cultures among the two.
