A recent article released on China Daily ( http://usa.chinadaily.com.cn ) by Zhong Nan explains that the U.S. recently has decreased its amount of investment into China from historical other levels ( January to May ). The FDI ( Foreign Direct Investment ) for the United States is still said to be growing steadily according to economists notes the article.
The Chinese have already stopped including the dollar in their evaluations of where to value the yaun as of over a year ago and their currency levels have risen 5%. It was also mentioned that U.S. legal policies recently enacted are to blame for the decreased investment which may make it financially unfavorable or less favorable to invest abroad currently.
