Susak Village
There are several international kite brands that will be at the festival displaying the best of their products and showcases. One kite maker, Johann Hedbavny, will actually be attempting to use his kite to catch a fish at the event, this is a must see.
Several thousand people are expected to show up at this event which spans 5 days and touts such sponsors as: “Bistra water (coca cola hellenic), Ožujsko beer, Print Express, Studio Dim, Artechido, and the Croatian Tourist Board in Mali Lošinj.” ( CROATIA BUSINESS REPORT ) They also source http://www.kite-festivals.org/ as an information resource.
The local governments of Croatia and the surrounding area would like to make this an annual event for all the fans and attendees.
