Lunar Eclipse, December 21, 2010, by Jiyang Chen

Wednesday promises to be a crazy experience for many Austrians as the Lunar Eclipse, a visual spectacular few get to see, will be before their eyes. On the Fifteenth of June at night those mostly in the east of the country will be able to see this rare event.

It is said that this year the moon will look as if it is turning red rather than the usual brown that it turns. Also the climax should be around: 22:12 with the total phase lasting around 100 minutes.
